Job MandateThe position is primarily responsible for the delivery of human resource services, specifically recruitment to all business units of the bank in the assigned provincial area: Southern Luzon Areas.Required Competencies and SkillsWorking knowledge of different sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, candidate referrals scheme, and professional networks.Understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.Applicant evaluation and screening; interviewing and assessing; job-offer process.Developing recruitment strategies that align with the organization's long-term goals and objectives.Ability to develop and implement creative, non-traditional sourcing strategies to attract top talent and maintain a steady pipeline of candidates.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.Analytical skills to track and report on recruitment metrics.Effective influencing and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders.Willing to be based in Lucena, Quezon; full on-site work set-up.
