(APIs) for CDMO and generic markets, integrating chemical synthesis and biological processes while always embracing the highest international safety, quality, and environmental standards.The company has a global network of 14 manufacturing sites and 9 R&D centers across the globe.We are looking for an exceptionally talented, bright and driven individual to join our Human Resources team as HR Manager – initially with a temporary assignment – in support of the Spanish Site Derivados Químicos, based in Alcantarilla – Murcia.Your responsibilities:Act as partner with Site managers and employees and provide strategic solutions with an in-depth understanding of the business, both with reference to manufacturing as well as to other business flows and needs.Support line managers by providing valuable input and expertise, in alignment with HQ HR, on Employment laws, HR policies and processes, Compensations, Talent management & Learning, Hiring & Employer Branding, HR Controlling, Performance Management, international integration principles.Manage Legal related topics and Industrial relations.Understand the business strategy and drivers with Corporate HR, the current and long-term vision and identify opportunities for HR to add value to the Company strategic goals.Implement the HR operating model and optimize organizational designs and principles in line with group and global rules and standards.Support Company culture change across national and international sites.Embracing the Olon-Derivados Químicos values and act as a brand ambassador.Your background:Relevant experience as HR Manager or HR business partner in dynamic and business driven organizations (min 5 years).Solid understanding of HR policies and procedures and ability to use analytical and experiential data for decision making.Self-motivated with action and results delivery orientation; demonstrated initiativeand accountability by willingness to assume additional duties other than assigned.Ability to consult, facilitate and interact across function/market areas and with all organizational levels.Strong change management skills and ability to promote a new cultural organization.Fluency in English Language (both written and spoken).Strong IT skills, particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Word.Educational qualification: Master's Degree with preference for economics, human resources, law or psychology.Experience in Pharmaceutical or Chemical Industries will be considered a plus.You will find:A dynamic, constantly evolving work environment, open to creativity and personal contribution.Training Program to increase your personal and professional skills.Internal career paths: we believe in internal growth and cultivate our managers.An inclusive environment that fosters integration of different cultures and mindsets.#J-18808-Ljbffr
