Job DescriptionAs an HR Generalist, your main functions will be: You are the point of contact for all personnel-related topics and questions as well as labour law issues for all employees You ensure personnel administration from A to Z and plan internal courses You support our Leaders in the whole recruitment process, personnel development and employer branding activities (fairs)You support Health and Safety issues which are legally required You build an effective relationship and cooperate with several stakeholders (HR community, employees, etc.)
in line with AFRY values QualificationsYou have a basic commercial education and a qualification as an HR Assistant or equivalent training Demonstrable previous experience of at least 2 years in similar functions Solid knowledge of Spanish labour law You are characterised by your communication skills and ability to work in a team and enjoy working with people and their daily concerns Customer orientation and ability to build strong relationships Fluent Spanish and English language skills (corporate, reporting and system language is English).
French language skill is a positive add-on.
