HR Development (m/f/d) Key Accountabilities and Activities Implement corporate policies at the local level Facilitate effective local communication with employees Manage and maintain the local HRIS Design and deliver employee development and training programs Contribute to succession planning and talent management processes Support strategic workforce development initiatives Participate in and support local industrial relations activities Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations within the local context. Degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology or similar background / experience +7 years of experience in Human Resources Location: San Felices de Buelna, Cantabria, Spain.
