We are looking for an HR Administrator based in Barcelona for a temporary contract (6 months).
The HR Administrator plays an essential role in maintaining employee satisfaction and organizational efficiency by handling daily HR tasks and administrator duties, assisting in the hiring process, and supporting an organization's overall HR strategy.
As HR Administrator, you will: Perform various administrative tasks to support the HR department, such as filing documents, managing correspondence, and organizing HR-related events or meetings.Training and Development Coordination: Coordinate employee training sessions and programs, including scheduling training sessions, tracking attendance, and maintaining training records.Payroll Support: Collaborate with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.You will have: Native or very high level of Spanish and good level of English. Any other language will be beneficial.Administrative experience, being in a Human Resources setting is a plus.Good organization and analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to act independently.Ability to build collaborative relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.What We Offer:
