We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join us in a full-time, year-round position as part of our Operations Team .
About the Role: As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running and success of our aparthotel.
Your responsibilities will include: Providing exceptional guest attention and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Managing keys and coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
Ordering and managing necessary household goods.
What We're Looking For: We're seeking a candidate who brings experience, passion, and a proactive mindset.
Ideal candidates will have: At least 2 years' experience in hotel front-of-house or apartment rental.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
The ability to quickly solve problems and handle last-minute changes with ease.
Excellent communication skills to engage with both guests and team members.
A customer-centric mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction and positive reviews.
Confidence in using property management systems and communication tools.
Adaptability and flexibility to handle demand fluctuations and peak periods.
The ability to remain composed under pressure and work effectively in a team or independently.
Fluency in Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus).
