What you will enjoy doing
You will be the legal support primarily for Linde Homecare activities in Spain, possibly also abroad.
You will give additional legal advice on healthcare specific legal requirements of other parts of the Linde business.
You will have a close interaction with Linde internal Homecare / Healthcare management / clients on exciting public tenders and related legal proceedings.
You will have hands-on teamwork within Linde Global Law Department, mainly the REW Homecare & Healthcare counsel Germany & Switzerland, the EMEA Senior Counsel Healthcare, EMEA Compliance and the Head of Legal REW.
You will report to and spar with BU Homecare Management and Regional Head of Legal.
You will manage the Legal risk and develop related solutions, both upon request and proactively, including management of external counsel involvement.
You will handle pre-existing and new matters as interim, possibly long term coverage / complementation in the Region Europe West team.
You will actively participate in the processes of digitalization and task automation, contributing to the company's evolution towards digital transformation.
What makes you great
You have a University degree in law (in-house) counsel in Spain.
You have good knowledge of local healthcare, public tender and regulatory laws relevant for the homecare and hospital care business.
You have at least 5 years' post qualification experience as a healthcare lawyer (or similar), ideally including as in-house counsel or from within law firms with relevant specifications.
You are fluent in English and Spanish. Portuguese is a plus. You can collect, interpret, and use data effectively, driving digital transformation.
You are a teamworker, collaborative person and deal with different key interfaces.

This role is a full time position based on a limited contract. The standard weekly working hours will be from 08:00 hrs till 17:30 hrs.
