(Hky-284) - Lead Creator & Specialist In Email Automation

Created to change the Headhunting and Recruitment approach, we want to improve the candidate experience and be close to the candidates and companies to find the best match.
This role is responsible for a Lead creator, Sales business development & specialist in Email automation for freelance and remote projects.
This role will develop new business opportunities by creating leads with different AI tools.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise (What we need!)

Experience using CRMs and automating emails, creating cold calling sequences (Hubspot, Apollo, etc).
Experience creating newsletters depending on the target audience, adapting your jargon and vocabulary.
Not be afraid to have conversation with Senior Directors, CEOs, Founders, and very experienced leads.
Be tech-savvy
Be autonomous
Critical thinking and conflict resolutions.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
