Your mission You will join our Corporate area as the first in-house lawyer, working closely with the company's Chief Financial Officer and cross-functional peers from other areas.
Your mission involves managing legal risk and providing legal services (in coordination with external legal firms) that support business growth.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for complying with legal and regulatory requirements, industry standards, and community expectations.
Day-to-day life at Innovamat Provide legal and strategic guidance and support to all areas of the company (Finance, HR, Sales, Product, etc.)
in the day-to-day operations, ad hoc projects, and, in general, launching new markets.
Review, draft and negotiate a wide variety of legal documents and contracts, such as service agreements, insurance agreements, commercial agreements, license agreements, data processing agreements, intellectual property agreements, NDAs, etc.
Advise and support the company's funding rounds and any other commercial operations and M&A, as well as the corporate governance.
Build the necessary and scalable legal team and collaborators to ensure that all the needs and requests of the company's growth are met and solved.
Deal and negotiate with external partners.
Review all the processes to ensure legal compliance and protection in all the areas of the company.
Who are you Degree in law.
4+ years experience as a lawyer in a top firm and experience as in-house lawyer.
Detail-oriented and organizational skills.
Negotiation and communication skills.
Problem-solving and result-driven mindset combined with an excellent analytical skillset.
Hard-worker and hands-on behavior.
Strong motivation and fast-paced learning.
