The goal of this team is to provide business intelligence to Healthanea's customers about the Healthcare Pathway they deploy.Interacts and collaborates with Product Manager and other stakeholders on key product considerations and aligns with product vision, features and roadmap.
Leverages Product Manager and stakeholders insights, feedback, compliance, data privacy and risk data to define product backlog.
Leverage SAFe methodology delivering objectives of each PI (program increment).Clearly identify and describe PBIs (product backlog Items) to build a shared understanding of problem with Product Manager.Builds product backlog, prioritize its items to achieve Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and continuously keep it up to date.Ensures product adheres to the highest quality standards, including releasing bug fixing and security patches.Defines functional and non-functional product requirements; ensure completeness; integral and consistent.Creates and validates user story & features acceptance criteria.
Ensure transparency into the upcoming work of development team.Involve all relevant stakeholders (architecture, integration team, data privacy etc.)
to ensure technical feasibility.Ensure required Data quality controls are identified and implemented.
Inspect and evaluate product progress through each iteration.Foster the agile way of working and drive further improvement.Partner in preparation of Program Increment (PI) Planning workshop.Drive a feature team during PIs execution.Evangelize within and outside AXA about the solutions you develop and contribute to the Data and Technology Innovation Team reputation.Your ProfileExpected Skills and ExperienceStrong technical backgroundExperience working as a Product Owner building data products – experience with Power BI is a plusAbility to explain complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiencesExcellent client-facing and internal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment, and to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends; excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsSolid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skillsYou have a bias toward action and can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development.Passionate about technology and visionary about new technology applicationsExcellent written and verbal English communication.
