Collect and maintain records related to workplace risk prevention for company employees. Enroll employees in available training courses on the existing platform and monitor their progress. Provide support in the management and implementation of medical check-ups. Download and digitize documents from various platforms, ensuring proper organization on the employee portal. Keep documentation up to date on supplier platforms. Assist in drafting reports and documents required by the department. Respond promptly and efficiently to emails and inquiries related to Human Resources. Assist the department in additional administrative tasks as needed.
