.As Head of Transformation, you will drive and execute a digital and data science roadmap in the company. You will use technology and data to innovate new business models and digitalize services. While working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Data Hub, you implement the latest technologies according to our strategy. It will be key to convince and drive changes in the company using the latest methods and technological solutions to deliver better revenue, products, or services. You will Oversee IT development team for frontend, customer, partner-facing application and evaluating them according to established goals to align with local and global IT strategy and standards. Lead resource management for development, maintenance, and development of internal and external IT support systems and tracking the KPI of the IT teams. Manage technological projects or programs running across one or multiple Lines of Business targeted at achieving overall business goals. Deliver digital and data platforms that align with local and global strategy. Ensure the architecture of the solutions according to user requirements, including non-functional requirements and compliance with IT strategy, standards, and security. Oversee and conduct the software development teams to deliver software that meets the needs of users. Analyze the technology in design, development, and administration for efficiency and accuracy, and look forward to emerging technologies and solutions. Identify and select the vendor who meets specified requirements and arrange favorable terms for the procurement of selected IT assets. Build and maintain strategic relationships with vendors. Plan departmental budget including forecasting the need for additional expenses for staff, equipment, materials, and supplies. Work closely with IT Finance to update and identify any financial movement in the team. Encourage teamwork and cooperation align with all the people management strategies e.G. HR policy, people development, AES, etc. Transform IT development teams to new working practices for more efficiency in application development. Work closely with security, risk, compliance, audit team to ensure the gaps can be closed according to the request in the agreed schedule. Monitor, measure, and control the operations, as well as the procurement and contract management activities. Your skills University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related fields. At least 10 years of relevant experience in managing IT programs. Proven experience in developing business concepts, roadmap/plan, and technical solutions to senior leadership. Aware of new technologies and industry movements including startup activities. Experience working with projects that combine internal and external data (i.E. web, social media) is an advantage. Solid overall IT expertise covering software and hardware across all dimensions of the insurance business
