That's what makes us Roche.You are responsible for driving the strategy, performance and continuous development of the Roche site in San Cugat Spain. The role oversees all the aspects related to Security, Safety, Health & Environment and site management including real estate management, capex projects, maintenance, engineering, workplace management and on-site services (ie: canteen, mailing, internal events etc.) in compliance with local requirements and global Roche standards.You foster collaboration across teams, ensure fit for purpose facility and future site needs by delivering state-of-art solutions and excellent on-site services.
