All to leave your mark for more sustainable growth.Dare to make an impact?YOUR ROLEAnalyzing shopper dynamics and defining shopper marketing strategy for your own scope.Analyzing category trends/key growth levers and defining together with Marketing the category vision.Collaborate with marketing, NRM, and Sales team to develop and implement sales promotions.Coordinate and monitor the execution of related sales activities.Provide regular reporting (e.g., MS Promo, P&L, NPI launch control, distribution, promotion overview, and listing overviews).Define best assortment and shelf layout for your own scope and analyze competitive shelf status, identifying new opportunities.Work on category management projects with key clients; steer project implementation & follow-up on results.Lead and empower team members in their assigned job responsibilities within a trustful, healthy culture.
