.As Virtuagym continues to grow, we're looking for a hands-on Head of Content Marketing to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will be both a strategist and a doer, responsible for managing the content team and leading content initiatives while also diving into the day-to-day execution.We are a remote-friendly company, offering flexibility to work from home within the Netherlands or anywhere in the EU. You can also work from our Amsterdam office, with its beautiful sunny rooftop terrace in the heart of the city.Will you join us in our quest to create a healthier and happier world?What this role looks like As our Head of Content Marketing, you will be Virtuagym's chief storyteller, responsible for shaping the voice and visibility of our brand in the fitness technology space. This role combines leadership with hands-on execution, as you will actively create and amplify content across multiple channels.Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will collaborate closely with teams such as Sales, Client Success, Product, and Marketing to craft messaging, identify trends, and ensure our content strategy aligns with overall business objectives.Some of your key tasks as a Head of Content Marketing: Develop and execute a comprehensive product marketing and content strategy that drives engagement, lead generation, and customer retention.Lead-by-example, mentoring the content team while actively participating in content creation, ensuring high-quality output of short-form and long-form content that aligns with our brand voice and business goals.Manage PR initiatives, including media outreach, press releases, and building relationships with key industry influencers.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Client Success, Product) to gather insights, align messaging, and ensure content addresses business needs.Monitor and analyze the performance of content and PR initiatives, making data-driven adjustments as needed.Job Requirements: Lead by example, being equally comfortable creating content yourself and managing others to do it.Have proven experience in content marketing, public relations, or communications, with a track record of both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.Demonstrate excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail, and excel in writing short-form content.Possess strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, and meet deadlines.Be native in either Dutch or German, along with excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.Handle a fast-paced scale-up environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities; experience in B2B, SaaS, or the fitness industry is a huge plus.About Virtuagym Virtuagym is a leading and fast-growing innovator in the digital health and fitness domain, offering a Software as a Service solution and multiple native apps to users worldwide
