Our mission is to contribute to help more people and businesses prosper.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGAs the Head of Banking Architect, you will lead the enterprise architecture function for services related to CIB Banking business, considering transversal aspects of the services (payments, finance, accounting, regulatory, compliance, client on/off boarding, etc.), driving transformation and ensuring thought leadership is brought into the design and execution of the change agenda.Develop and drive the implementation of the overall architecture strategy for the division, ensuring alignment with the organization's broader strategic objectives.Identify and evaluate emerging business models, technologies, and industry trends that can be leveraged to create new revenue streams and enhance existing CIB banking services.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and sales, to design and develop innovative solutions that address market needs and differentiate our offerings in the marketplace.Lead the end-to-end architecture design process, from ideation and conceptualization to implementation and rollout, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure buy-in and support for new business models and initiatives.Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the CIB Banking division, fostering an environment that encourages creative problem-solving and the exploration of new ideas.EXPERIENCE10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles with direct exposure to IT run and change agenda in the lending and wholesale credit side.Desirable: Experience in Control Functions, with direct exposure to operational and financial risks.Desirable: Experience in delivering organizational transformations.EDUCATION- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.SKILLS & KNOWLEDGESolid written and verbal communication skills, both in English, Spanish, and/or Portuguese.Strong interpersonal skills, with experience in multi-cultural environments
