They will help detect bugs and suggest improvements to enhance the user experience on the hardware developed by the company (servo drives for surgical robotics).Primary ResponsibilitiesVerify and detect bugs before product is launched to customer.Improve and develop verification processes.Write internal documentation and test reports.General TasksSupport customers via email or online meetings.Required Experience, Education, Skills, Training and CompetenciesMS or PhD in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Physics, Control / Robotics Engineering, or a related technical discipline.Minimum experience of 1+ year.Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.Personal interest in the Robotics / Motion Control field.Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.Capacity to analyze a problem from multiple perspectives and explore creative solutions.Positive, proactive, and energetic attitude.Fluent in written and spoken English.Experience with measuring tools (e.g., oscilloscopes, testers, and function generators).Power electronics knowledge.Travel RequirementsOccasional travel as needed (domestically and internationally) to customers for support and/or installation.Physical RequirementsMobility to work in a standard office setting and to use standard office equipment, including a computer.
