In this role, you will create a product roadmap and define the strategic vision for the team driven by the overall vision. You will bring a deep understanding of the target market/industry and build close relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that the team's efforts are aligned with the overall strategy. A 4.0 Site Leader | Product Owner manages dependencies with other teams' functions while identifying, building, and managing strategic partnerships across different teams.You will work closely within the team to ensure business value and user feedback are translated into new developments when necessary. The 4.0 Site Leader | Product Owner will be accountable for specific business KPIs based on the area of the product they are focused on.Main Accountabilities:Set ambitious and clear product vision and communicate it effectively to stakeholders, the team, and the rest of the unit.End-to-end team output strategy from inception to production.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure digital vision and products align within team strategy and requirements.Accountable for product-specific KPIs once solutions enter production and communicate regular tracking to stakeholders.Utilize market and industry knowledge to translate user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for their team.Maintain a backlog 3 to 4 sprints ahead of the team.Work closely with Industry 4.0 leadership to establish each product's business value and support messaging, communication, and customer outreach as necessary.Facilitate release planning with stakeholders as well as weekly demos.Integrate usability studies and research into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction and ensure customer-driven design.Align outward-facing product requirements.Contract and third-party management.Collaborate with other business units (Operations, IT, OT/Automation, etc.).Experience and Competencies:Fluent in Spanish and advanced English.Approximately 5 years of project management experience.Proven knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the relevant industry.Proven knowledge and understanding of standard precision practices, technology, and supporting industry principles.Availability for infrequent travel.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; JIRA knowledge is appreciated.Experience with data science, AI, and machine learning would be a plus.Strong leader, collaborator, team player, and individual contributor.If this description reflects your profile or ambition, we're looking forward to seeing your application and motivation in English by hitting apply!
