We are one of the most promising startups of 2023 with headquarters in Spain. We were founded in Barcelona, and since then, we've expanded to include offices in Madrid, Lisbon, Berlin, and Paris. This is only the beginning as we've got our sights set on spreading to the rest of Europe and later to include other continents as well.
Ukio's mission is to empower individuals to live where they want, when they want. We do this by disrupting the traditional residential real estate market, providing fully furnished and artfully designed apartments for stays starting at one month. We remove all the hassle around finding a rental with no long-term contracts, security deposits, broker fees, moving / buying furniture, etc., giving choice and flexibility to allow people to plant their roots anywhere.
Backed by Europe's best Venture Capital firms, this year will be vital in our growth as we look to further build out our team, further establish ourselves in our current markets, and expand our reach into multiple new markets. Role
As a Guest Operations Coordinator you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle management of bookings, from initial booking to post-check-out, ensuring a seamless and efficient process that meets Ukio's high standards of service and customer satisfaction. As the primary point of contact between all stakeholders including the Guest Team, Sales Team, Strategy & Transformation, IT, and Finance you will coordinate efforts across departments to ensure that all bookings are managed smoothly, on time, and to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
Responsibilities
Booking Management: Oversee and manage the entire lifecycle of bookings from initial booking to post-check-out, ensuring all processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time. Serve as the main point of contact for all stakeholders involved in the booking process.Stakeholder Coordination: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the booking process.Operational Excellence: Work as part of a team to ensure all bookings are handled efficiently, while taking ownership of the overall process.Process Improvement: Continuously review and refine booking processes to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance customer satisfaction.Relationship Management: Foster good relationships and alignment with key stakeholders to ensure a collaborative approach to booking management.Administrative Support: Provide administrative support related to booking management, including maintaining booking records and ensuring all relevant information is captured accurately.Reporting & Analysis: Generate and maintain reports on booking performance, identifying trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for increased efficiency.About you
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.1+ year of experience in operations coordination, booking management, or a related role.Fluency in English and Spanish.Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple bookings and stakeholders simultaneously.Proactive problem-solving abilities and a strong sense of ownership and accountability.Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing complex processes.Familiarity with booking management software or tools is a plus.Strong analytical skills, with experience in reporting and data analysis.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.Ukio's life benefits
