(H-440) | Technical Training Coordinator

Ability to complete full cycle training: assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, deliver, monitor, and evaluate.Assess and categorize internal and external (distribution) technical needs together with supervisors and product specialists.Design training actions/plan: what, who, when, where and how.Deliver basic technical training (electricity, cooling, compressor theory).Make the follow up through monitoring tools (surveys, tests, etc).Evaluate the effectiveness of the delivered training.Design, coordinate and follow up the FSE internship program and the induction technical training for new people (for internal FSE and distribution FSE).Deliver internal tools training to FSE and other partners: MAM, COPs, etc.Administer our learning management system: creating sessions, assigning and tracking training records, etc.Requirements:Knowledge on compressed air is a must.Proven work experience as a Training Coordinator, trainer, or similar.Technical background (Engineering or similar).High level of English language (minimum B2) and native knowledge of Spanish.Hands-on experience coordinating or executing training events.Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and training delivery tools.Proficient in Microsoft Office365.Desirable to be familiar with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques.Strong communication skills.If you are a team player, with a positive and innovative attitude, who firmly believes that there is always a better way, an autonomous person with the ability to manage your time efficiently, passionate about learning and transmitting knowledge, and a communication fan with people, this is your opportunity.
