Creator Activation Manager: Are you crazy for podcasts, entertainment in general, and storytelling?

We are looking for a passionate Creator Activation Manager for our team in Madrid to help us get our podcasts out into the world.
The role is a maternity cover of 6 months starting from May with the possibility to join the team permanently if there is a mutual agreement after the end of the maternity cover.What you'll do: Reporting to our Head of Marketing in Spain, you will be working closely with our great content creators to grow their audience on Podimo.You will be working closely with the rest of our local team as well as collaborating and sparring with your peers across our markets.
Furthermore, you'll:Work with our podcast partners and content creators to generate engagement around their audio content in Podimo, towards both existing and new subscribers.Support the launch of new content, coordinating the work across the Marketing and Content teams, and making sure creator promotional activities are committed and attended.Support our creators in their new journey with Podimo, helping them promote their content among their existing fans as well as reach new audiences.Work across functions within Podimo to inform and optimize rollout in all channels.Who you are:4-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in communications or social media roles.Love storytelling and finding creative ways to engage and create content focused assets that can spark conversations.Project manager with a creative mindset, with experience working with creatives (both in-house externally).A team player with a positive spirit and proactive mindset.Can use data to inform strategy, success metrics, and decision making.You are fluent in English both written and spoken.Being passionate and knowledgeable about podcasts, audio content, media, and entertainment, in general, is a plus!These are the benefits:Learning and personal development opportunities to help you thrive and enrich your skills in a fast-paced creator economy.Opportunity to work flexible hours and from home.The chance to make an impact at an international company and see your work pay off immediately.Delicious free lunch with great colleagues.All employees are part of our ESOP (Warrants) program.This is us: Founded in Copenhagen in 2019, Podimo is a platform for podcast and audiobook lovers as well as audio content creators.
