Ofrecemos soluciones integrales de recursos humanos para poder dar respuesta a cualquier necesidad de nuestros clientes relacionadas con su mayor valor, las personas.FuncionesFrom Temporing we are looking for a GUEST SERVICE SUPERVISOR, for important hotel in Barcelona.ResponsibilitiesAssure that the guests receive a service adapted to their preferences, needs, and lifestyles.Maintain good relationships with the guests, ensuring that all of them have a guest experience adapted to their preferences and needs.Coordinate different departments to assure a high-quality experience and create an excellent service attitude.Be a prime example of exceptional and personalized service, proactive, show initiative, and demonstrate teamwork with other departments.Be fully knowledgeable of the daily results and events in the hotel (Groups and conventions in house, VIPs, last 24 hours opportunities).Be always visible for the guest and help to resolve their doubts.Lobby ambassador during peak times.Create authentic experiences, socialize with guests in the Lobby, Kozara Rooftop.Assure that the specific requests of guests during the reservation process or their stay are handled and guarantee that all of them receive a response.Anticipate their needs.Be in constant contact with guests to always know their level of satisfaction.Coordinate with the Director of Quality/Rooms the selection of special attentions and supervise their correct distribution.Revise the VIP rooms with HSK Manager/Director of Quality/Director of Rooms.Booking and managing requests for both external and internal services (restaurant reservations, car rental, massage, etc.
).Assure that the guests feel accompanied during their stay, as well as connected with Barcelona.Maintain a constant up-to-date database of the coolest establishments in the city, such as bars, restaurants, clubs, galleries, concert arenas, and shops.Always provide the most exclusive and professional service, giving the most elite recommendations and obtaining the most exclusive reservations.Demonstrate excellent knowledge of frequent guests, taking into consideration their preferences and offering them proactively during their next stay.Maintain contact with guests to find out how to serve them better next time.Accept suggestions from our guests and work hard to improve our service.Ensure that quality standards are met and even exceeded.Be the best host that customers have experienced during a hotel stay.Personally welcome and say goodbye to VIP guests, making the check-in and check-out totally personalized.
