About the teamGrowth is the team responsible for promoting the Fever business plan across all Markets and ensuring that our events perform as expected, pushing its growth across the globe.Our decisions are data-driven from the highest to the lowest strategy level, allowing us to fully understand the Fever business model and how we can leverage this to interact with every single team within the company to grow the business in the expected direction.About youYou have a bachelor's in engineering (civil, industrial, telecommunications, or aeronautics) or a background in maths, statistics, data analytics, or strategy.Up to 3 years experience in a business analytics role.A high level of English is required.
Spanish is a plus.Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, and strategy or analytics roles at top tech firms is a significant advantageData-driven person who brings numbers to strategic and business decisionsGenerate high business impact based on your decisionsExcellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders while working effectively across teams, disciplines, and business cases.Understanding any coding language is preferred (SQL, R, Python…)Proactive problem-solver and an opportunities-seekerAbout the roleIn the Innovation Hub, this role focuses on delivering impact by driving new projects and scaling them globally through 360-degree decision-makingBeing a Growth Analyst at Fever means working in a fast-paced environment with ambitious business goals and high potential for professional growth.
