DescriptionMonitors all contractual agreements pertaining to group room blocks and any special concessions involving roomsCoordinates and executes group reservation assignments for the Groups & Conventions teamHandles all reservations aspects of a group. Room block monitoring, rooming lists, reporting pick up, VIP and upgraded accommodations, client communication relating to rooms reservationsCross checking in order to verify that the information about the group is correctCreate and send Visa letters and Confirmation lettersE-mail correspondence with Coventions team as well as Meeting PlannersTeam player and flexible to assist with other tasks within the Conventions Department as needed per operationsAttend daily Morning MeetingAttend weekly Convention Services Meeting
