JOB DESCRIPTION: The Group Reporting Analyst reports into the Group Reporting Manager and is responsible for assisting in the preparation and analysis of financial reports for the group, ensuring accuracy, compliance with financial standards (IFRS/GAAP). in accordance with strict internal deadlines, prior to their submission to Management Board. This role also be responsible for designing appropriate reporting controls around the standardization processes. The Group Reporting Analyst will play a key role in the preparation and analysis of financial reports for the group, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial standards (IFRS/GAAP). As the Group Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for: Financial Reporting Variance Analysis & Insights Budgeting & Forecasting Support Systems & Process Improvement Compliance & Control Cross-functional Collaboration POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and finance. Strong experience with financial consolidation processes and systems. Skills: Strong experience with financial accountancy processes. Strong experience with financial consolidation processes. Strong technical ability to work with various financial systems and applications. Interpersonal skills with high quality written and verbal communication skills. Financial and accountancy kills. Technical Skills Candidates with SAP and/or HFM experience will be advantageous. Advanced Excel skills and other Microsoft products. An understanding of IFRS. Capability to learn different systems. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA) is highly desirable.
