The Role:
The Group Head of Technology Risk & Control Architecture is a critical role within Technology Risk & Control Architecture and Information Security, responsible for leading, supporting, and executing Apex's Technology Risk & Decision Science methodology and the identification, analysis, modelling, and decision analysis of all technology risk. The role reports to the Global Chief Information Security Officer (GCISO).
Key Duties and Responsibilities: Technology Risk & Decision Science: Responsible for leading, supporting, and executing all technology risk analysis & modeling, including Annualized Loss Exposure; Event Frequency; Calibrated Forecasting; Sensitivity Analysis; Risk Spend Efficiency ($); and Return on Investment (ROI) %.Leverage scientific & stochastic modeling techniques, such as Monte Carlo Analysis, to model technology risk.Operationalise uncertainty modeling and decision analytics.Ensure robust, quantitative risk measurement techniques are utilized throughout all technology risk measurement initiatives.Provide comprehensive training to Technology staff on all aspects of the Technology Risk & Decision Science programme.Collaborate with Technology teams to develop structured loss scenarios with a view to building aggregated reporting on Apex's Technology annualized loss profile.Support the development of effective quantitative reporting requirements, as well as provide representation in relevant committee meetings.
