Every day we help customers in energy, chemicals and resources get one step closer to solving our planet's toughest issues; climate change, the energy transition, digital transformation, and how we can deliver a more sustainable world.As part of the Worley Community and under supervision and mentorship within the Master Plan and Facilities Team department, you will assist, as a graphic designer, in the delivery of consulting services to Worley and our customers.On your typical day you will...Work within a design team on various projectsWork within the sales team on various proposalsDesign visually appealing and professional proposals, reports, and presentations that align with our brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messagesDevelop creative concepts, layouts, and graphics to enhance the visual storytelling of proposals and reportsUnderstand client needs from their standards and documentation and incorporate it into the design processPay attention to detail to ensure consistency in design across all documents and maintain a high standard of quality and professionalismManage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to project deadlines and timelinesProvide guidance and support to team members on design-related matters as neededDesign and produce high-quality rendering post-productionCommunicate effectively with the design teams and proposal managersProvide visualization support on video and image production tasksStay updated on contemporary design techniques and toolsQualificationsA recognized and relevant Degree in Architecture, Visual Communications, Graphic Design, or equivalent that will lead to registration as a Professional Engineer.Proficient in spoken and written English.Proven experience working as a graphic designer, with a focus on proposals, reports, or similar documents in the context of Master Planning and ArchitectureExpertise in Adobe Photoshop, with advanced knowledge of tools, filters, and techniquesStrong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theoryExperience creating digital illustrations, photo manipulations, and composite imagesExperience with animation and video editing software and techniques (desirable but not essential)Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator)Knowledge of print production processes and prepress requirements is desirableSome skills in the use of relevant software such as MS Office SuiteKnowledge of rendering tools such as Unreal Engine or Twinmotion would be desirableMoving forward togetherWe're committed to building a diverse, inclusive and respectful workplace where everyone feels they belong, can bring themselves, and are heard.
