Responsible for order entry into company ERP system to ensure all customer and Thermo requirements are met from the time of initial order receipt until the product is delivered and invoiced.
ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with Accounting as necessary to assist in account set up.Verify product/stock numbers, pricing and product availability.Work with various departments within ThermoFisher to clarify any discrepancies prior to order entry, including working closely with field sales and customer service as needed to clarify customer requirements.Assist customers with order placement and key orders into Thermo ERP system.Fax order acknowledgements to customers.RequirementsMust have excellent communication skills; both written and verbal.Experience in using an integrated ERP system (SAP).Management of correspondence with various customers, selling partners, and internal personnel within different departments.Customer service experience preferred.Strong time management skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under demanding time constraints.High English level.Join our team and be a part of our world-class organization.
