Global Strategic Sourcing Manager IT and DigitalEDUCATION Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.EXPERIENCE 5 years of experience in sourcing, with demonstrable success in a cross-cultural and matrix-based environment.Proven negotiation and analytical skills.MAIN FUNCTIONS Implement effective sourcing strategies for various IT and Digital categories and services, focusing on digital solutions, software, consultants, and SAAS.Manage suppliers' performance with a focus on continuous total cost control and performance improvement, as well as innovation.Define and execute the Global Category Strategy ensuring cost savings while maintaining and improving quality, with Total Cost of Ownership as a key parameter.Ensure that third-party requirements are clearly communicated to the supplier base and that business needs are fulfilled seamlessly.Build and maintain a global supplier base, including contracting, negotiations, relationship building, risk management, and supplier performance.Secure Global KPI performance and ensure Procurement Policy implementation.Provide continuous support to IT teams to increase compliance.Negotiate pricing, contracts, and SLAs with suppliers to ensure optimum costs and reliable supply according to Corporate Procurement Policies and Procedures for RHG.Act as the leader for all supplier-related issues in terms of quality, delivery service, and costs, ensuring alignment with all internal partners.REQUIRED PROFILE Organized and accountable.Able to work within a global and highly matrixed organization.Strategic thinker who clarifies critical priorities to create business value and assesses potential risks.Influences internally and externally by understanding others' needs and interests to build trust.Generates engagement and commitment from others.Manages conflict in a pragmatic and constructive manner.LANGUAGES Excellent English; French written and verbal communication skills are a bonus.
GENERAL INFORMATION The position is located in Madrid and reports directly to the CSO Strategic Sourcing Senior Director.
