Global Strategic Sourcing Manager It And Digital

EDUCATION Bachelor's degree required, preferring Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field.
EXPERIENCE 5 years of experience in sourcing, demonstrable success in sourcing in a cross-cultural and matrix-based environment.
Proven negotiation and analytical skills.
MAIN FUNCTIONS Implement effective sourcing strategies for different IT and Digital categories and services, focusing on digital solutions, software, consultants, and SAAS.
Manage supplier performance with a focus on continuous total cost control and performance improvement.
Define and execute the Global Category Strategy ensuring cost savings while maintaining and improving quality, focusing on Total Cost of Ownership.
Ensure that third party requirements are clearly communicated to the supplier base, fulfilling business needs with seamless execution.
Build and maintain a global supplier base, including contracting, negotiations, relationship building, risk management, and supplier performance.
Secure global KPIs performance and implement Procurement Policies.
Provide continuous support to IT teams, increasing compliance.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and SLAs with suppliers to ensure optimum costs and reliable supply according to Corporate Procurement Policies and Procedures for RHG.
Act as the leader for all supplier-related issues in terms of quality, delivery service, and costs, ensuring alignment with all internal partners.

GENERAL INFORMATION The position is located in Madrid and reports directly to the CSO Strategic Sourcing Senior Director.
