The Global Retail Excellence Manager reports to the Chief Growth Capability Officer to ensure that Bel builds an edge at Point of Sale and that our Sales Team is equipped with the needed skills and tools to help them Win and make a difference.The Global Retail Excellence Manager is expected to work in partnership with the Global Category Director to ensure that our in-store execution plans are in line with our category vision and category growth strategy. He or she is expected to provide the needed inputs to ensure that our category plans are executed based on customers' needs and retail context.The Global Retail Excellence Manager is also expected to work with the capability team to ensure that Bel's sales force is equipped with the needed tools to track and monitor sales fundamentals. He or she is expected to deliver the needed programs to upskill our execution capabilities and win in-store.
