We look forward to receiving your application regardless of gender, nationality, ethnic and social origin, religion, philosophy of life, disability, age, sexual orientation or identity.Your role As P&O Transformation Project Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic planning and management of multiple global P&O-projects and initiatives with focus on transformation and digitalization, process standardization and optimization in close cooperation with diverse stakeholders across the globe.You will act as a strategic partner of the global P&O Community, and identify new global projects and potential areas for a digital transformation.You are responsible for setting up, synchronizing, and supporting global, group-wide P&O transformation projects.You will work with global project teams and coordinate resources, manage the strategic projects within scope, schedule, and timelines with the project staff.You will enable and create the design of processes, workflows, and best practices.You will act as Demand Manager to guide stakeholders through the Evaluation, Design, Implementation, Training and Communication processes for digital transformation projects in P&O.You will coordinate the functional valuation of highly dependent requirements and ensure the smooth scheduling of them within stand-alone and connected projects.You will contribute to our learning culture within the P&O Organization, integrating insights into new projects.You manage change throughout project implementation within the P&O Organization for technical and functional solutions.Your profile Master's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent in International Administration or Human Resource Management.5 years of professional experience in a leading project role.Track record of successfully leading large projects or programs in the area of P&O Transformation.Intercultural experience in global projects
