Global Marketing Communications Manager

Ref: QE February OTHER FUNCTIONS Your main mission will be to set to implement the communications strategy for the animal health business units and lead the Global Marketing Communications specialist team. Main tasks: • Ensure the right communication and implementation of corporate brand guidelines in the global and local teams. • To lead and develop the global marketing communications team. • Harmonization across species on the communication with subsidiaries and the markets. • Manage suppliers (strategy, creative agencies, etc) used in the field of marketing communication. • Grow and monitor the adoption of Company's Digital asset Management platform as well as driving Company's digital transformation. • To be part of the recruitment and development of the local marketeers. • Coordinate together with the global marketing communications specialist and the business unit the global events of each specie. We are looking for people who: • Have studied a degree in communication or similar and postgraduate or master's degree (highly valued). • Bring at least 5 years of experience in a similar position. • Bring at least 5 years of experience managing teams. • Have a high level of oral and written English. • Are analytical, meticulous, and organized people who like to work in a team. • Are looking for a stable job in which training is continuous. • Are motivated and eager to learn.
