The RoleWe are currently looking for our future Global Head of Partnerships based in London, Paris or Barcelona in charge of building strategic and mutually profitable relationships with key industry partners. You will join the Growth team and will report to Dimitri based in Paris, VP of Commercial.
What You Will Be DoingBuild the partnership team and define the overall Alliance & Channel strategy in the markets operated by Stuart: United Kingdom, France, Spain, Poland, Portugal & Italy.Build a strong opportunity pipeline of key industry partners through business development that leads to new partnerships and significant revenue growth for Stuart.Develop operational partnerships plans by countries and ensure local execution in collaboration with the local commercial team.Lead the negotiation and execution with strategic partners: aggregators, e-commerce platforms, order and transport management systems, consulting firms, logistics players.Assist the team in the negotiation and execution of partnership agreements.Help set and drive product strategy and new business opportunities with key partners.Identify and scale best practices across new and existing partners.Champion growth for Stuart, communicate strategy and gain buy-in from internal stakeholders and external partners.Work closely with the leadership, product, technology, sales, marketing to ensure that partnership strategy is in line with business initiatives and generate indirect revenue growth.Requirements5+ years of strategic partnership management, business development and/or consulting.Experience in a leadership role, managing a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Experience in SaaS/Tech/Services environments.Excellent understanding of partner business and what drives partner behaviours and decision-making.Ability to develop strong relationships at the executive level and negotiate complex contracts.Proven track record of creating new complex, creative and impactful revenue opportunities.Experience collaborating and shipping with a large and diverse group of cross-functional teams and partners to tackle complex problems.Fluent in English (French and/or Spanish is a plus).At Stuart, we believe that employees today want to evolve in collaborative, high-growth environments where they can demonstrate their abilities and thrive both professionally and personally.
