We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to define and implement our Assistance Network Strategy, drive performance, manage global providers, and contribute to our key strategic objectives. Position Summary: As the Global Head of Assistance Network you will be responsible for defining and implementing the Assistance Network Strategy across 19 countries with over 12,000 providers. You will oversee the cost containment process, manage global suppliers and correspondents, and ensure the achievement of operational and profitability targets. Your ultimate goal is to support the overall company strategy, optimize the provider journey, and drive network community synergies.
Dimensions of Role: The role involves defining the Assistance network strategy, managing cost containment processes, leading complex negotiations with external stakeholders, aligning countries on proposed ambitions, contributing to strategic objectives, and supporting processes where network contribution is required. It also includes challenging the status quo, pushing for innovative solutions, and representing the network voice towards multiple internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Defining and implementing the Assistance Network Strategy by building a strategic vision, ensuring the correct implementation of provider journeys, and supporting local network teams.Driving network performance and cost containment activities by cascading targets into geographies, monitoring and challenging performance, driving improvements, and defining frameworks for selection, contracts, and partnerships with providers.Managing global providers and correspondent networks, including sourcing and operational management, and managing the green card network in accordance with AXA Group mandate.Being the custodian of regalian activities that contribute to controlling business processes performance and compliance, including managing fraud and leakage activities and supervising risk compliance and audit activities.Conducting business analytics and performance management, defining relevant business KPIs, and finding synergies with countries to propose a framework for performance management.Managing central network teams and the entire network community across countries, including direct and indirect management of teams.Reporting and working with various stakeholders, including global and local teams, external suppliers, and transformation and IT teams.
