The Opportunity Reporting to: Global Etailing Operations Director
The Global Content Specialist will oversee the strategic planning and execution of content management initiatives across markets and categories. This role will support the Global Etailing Operations Director in enhancing content efficiency and ensuring the seamless integration of new brands and products.
What you'll get to do Product Information Management (PIM) (50%):
Collaborate with the PIM team to gather, validate, and update etailing product information.
Conduct regular audits to identify and rectify discrepancies in etailing content within the PIM system.
Assist in integrating new brands, products, and markets into the PIM system from a business perspective.
Analyze and optimize PIM processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Content Syndication with Syndigo (15%):
Lead market implementation and roll-out of the content syndication tool.
Act as the point of contact for retailers, such as AS Watson, to follow up on expansion plans.
Analyze and report on insights generated through the Syndigo platform.
Collaborate with suppliers to troubleshoot and resolve any system issues.
Organize and guide training sessions for markets on using the Syndigo tool.
Etailing Operations for Prestige & Niche & Skincare Brands (35%):
Conduct competitor benchmarks for fragrance brands in the Prestige & Niche segment.
Develop Content Guidelines for new categories (Skincare) and ensure seamless integration in the global platforms.
Propose recommendations and innovations to brands for developing new content, such as best-in-class product pages.
Ensure seamless integration of brand content into etailing platforms (PIM + Syndigo) for all categories (Prestige + Niche + Make-up).
Analyze sampling strategies at retailers and formulate proposals to build a global sampling strategy for markets.
Act as the point of contact for markets regarding daily operational issues related to all brands.
We'd love to meet you if you have Proven experience in content management, digital marketing, or related fields.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Familiarity with PIM systems and content syndication tools.
