Responsible to ensure that IT Governance Practitioners are following the right process management standards across a process domain.Job DescriptionMajor accountabilities:Be an expert and thought leader to inject new thinking across the value chain.Facilitate Community of Process Management for processes within the value chain.Drive the Strategy for the Operating Model.Work with the Process Framework team responsible for the integrity of the end-to-end process framework ensuring flow of work and value within TT.Key performance indicators:Integrity of TT operating model - smooth integration of processes, consistency in roles, adherence to global processes, methods and frameworks, limited exceptions.Value generated by operating model implementation.Impact of continuous improvement on reducing the cost of poor quality in IT.Customer feedback/recognition for collaboration and quality of partnering.Minimum Requirements:Work Experience:Major Change.Project Management.Functional Breadth.Skills:IT Relationship Management.Knowledge of best-in-class performance standards.Regulatory Strategy.Relationship building.#J-18808-Ljbffr
