As a member of our German Technical Support team, you will be providing 24/7 help-desk support for users, helping them with their inquiries and technical issues via phone & e-mail, helping to build a better online user experience for millions of people all around the world.

What you will be doing:
Provide 24/7 help-desk support via phone and email
Follow company and client procedures and guidelines
Be positive and proactive and have a desire for applying continuous improvement processes
Exchange ideas and solutions with your colleagues!

Job Requirements:
Excellent writing & verbal communication skills in German
Good technical troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
Technical background & familiarity with technology trends
Experience in customer service will be appreciated
Positive attitude & team spirit
