Position Overview:
We are seeking a German Speaking Account Manager to join our team in Barcelona. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a territory of at least 90 independent retailers, ensuring that each store owner receives regular quality interactions that contribute to stock optimization, sales growth, and enhanced business relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Account management of a designated territory comprising a minimum of 90 independent retailers.Conduct weekly quality phone calls to store owners, focusing on advancing their stock holding, promoting appropriate new releases, providing valuable product sales insights, and nurturing positive business relationships.Utilize your fluency in German to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs and concerns.Collaborate with internal teams to stay informed about new product releases, sales promotions, and market trends, ensuring effective communication of relevant information to retailers.Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics for assigned retailers, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize sales and customer satisfaction.Continuously strive to enhance customer experience and satisfaction through proactive engagement and personalized support. Requirements: Fluency in German (native or C1/C2 level) and proficiency in English.Previous experience in account management, sales, or customer service preferred but not required.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients.Proactive attitude with a results-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding targets and expectations.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to work on-site in Barcelona and manage a designated territory of independent retailers.
