Develop and implement product marketing campaigns that resonate with existing customers.
Ensure all product marketing materials align with Hive's brand values and sustainability mission.
Foster strong relationships with internal teams and key stakeholders to drive product marketing initiatives and product roadmaps.
Monitor product marketing budgets and optimize spend to achieve the highest return on investment (ROI).
Increase user engagement and retention through strategic communication efforts.
Responsibilities: Lead the development and execution of product marketing content tailored to our current user base.
Create and manage comprehensive product marketing timelines, ensuring timely deployment.
Educate and collaborate with other departments to maintain consistent product messaging across all channels.
Oversee the team's product marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with company goals and user needs.
Shape and articulate Hive's product storytelling vision and voice for our B2C offerings.
Negotiate and manage budgets to support large-scale product marketing initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Video/reel, graphic and infographic production capabilities (with fluency in relevant AI toolings when necessary) would be highly preferred.
Extensive experience in product marketing and development, particularly in the B2C software/cloud/technology space.
In-depth knowledge of market trends and product lifecycle management.
Proven ability to develop and execute strategic product marketing campaigns.
High degree of empathy, with the ability to understand and address user needs and concerns.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage budgets effectively.
Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience in guiding cross-functional teams.
Ability to intuitively assign responsibilities and manage team dynamics.
Significant experience in designing and executing customer promotions.
Proficiency in product design, UX/UI techniques and a solid understanding of software engineering or computer science principles.
