We are looking for a talented Customer Service Representative with a native level of German and an advanced level of English (B2) to join our team and provide top-notch support for a prestigious international automotive company in an exciting project!
Requirements

Native or bilingual level of German
Advanced English level
Residence in Madrid or willingness to relocate in the near term
Start Date: November 4th

Offer

Permanent contract for long-term stability
39-hour work week, Monday to Friday, with shift availability between 8 AM and 8 PM
Competitive salary up to €20,000 per year
3-week paid training (9 AM to 6 PM) to ensure you're fully prepared
On-site role at our offices in the Puerta de Toledo/Pirámides area
Hybrid work option after the initial learning curve, though proximity to the office will be essential for meetings and ongoing training
