You have an excellent command of German and you are fluent in English, spoken and written. You are open to developing your customer service skills. You are passionate about fashion and you have familiarity with this industry. You are computer literate. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You pay attention to small details and you are well-organized. You have an outgoing, enthusiastic, positive, and engaging personality. You are able to work 39 hours weekly on a rotational shift pattern. Experience with CRM is a plus. Your day-to-day at work: Effectively solve customer issues in German. Manage complaints and inquiries with a proper and respectful tone. Keep customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior. Help clients with their online shopping and advise on their orders.
