The ideal candidate will engage players with live hosting, bring an authentic casino experience to online players, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Host and deal a variety of casino games in a studio while live on camera for real players in a rotating shift work environment. Interact with and provide an engaging and rewarding experience for live players. Provide excellent service to clients. Maintain the highest professional standards. Qualifications and Skills Required Native/Fluent in Vietnamese (C1), both oral and written. Fluent in English (C1). Minimum of 1-2 years' previous work experience in a service-related industry (at least part-time) is ideal but not necessary. Have a strong work ethic and be open to learning new things. A desire to provide exceptional customer service. Excellent communication skills. Positive, proactive approach to work, with a flexible can-do attitude. A sense of responsibility and aspiration to be the best at what you do.
