In this position, you carry out service assignments on measurement and quality control equipment specific to paper production on the industrial sites of our paper customers, mainly in Spain and France, locally or remotely.
This position reports to: Business Manager - E2E
Your responsibilities:Ensure service missions either technical assistance or commissioning for customers locally or remotely.Perform calibration operations, preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment according to service contracts.Contribute to customer relationship by being a force of technical proposal in order to improve operations and customer service.Contribute to the development of the business by identifying new business opportunities with customers.Ensure the on-call and contractual services of customers under contract.Comply with safety instructions and rules (ABB and customer sites) as well as applicable procedures.Your background:Bac+2 CIRA, Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior (CFGS) in electrical engineering, electronics and automation or equivalent.10 years of minimum experience in the industry (maintenance, etc.).Desired knowledge of instrumentation, control and regulation, industrial computing, and automation.English: good level mandatory (written/oral).French: good level mandatory (written/oral).Spanish: good level mandatory (written/oral).Teamwork, collaboration, autonomy, commercial relationship.Travel mainly in Spain but also possible in France depending on the service request.Benefits:Canteen.Flexible work practices.Company mobile phone.Wellbeing program.Employee Share Acquisition Plan.More about us:
