We are looking for: Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in account opening, fund dealing, fund operations, fund administration or a similar role for alternative funds.
Good knowledge of the Fund industry, Fund structures, regulations, and market practices in Alternative Investments.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency.
Proactive, problem-solving, and client-oriented attitude.
Fluent level of English, written and spoken.
Fluent Spanish will be positively valued.
Your role in the team You will be responsible for: Day to Day accounts opening requests.
Processing fund orders from clients without account and ensuring their timely and accurate execution.
Acting as a link between Client Services and Allfunds Alternative Solutions division to understand clients' needs.
Participating in the design of new IT developments for Alternative Investments.
Liaising with fund houses, distributors, custodians, and other counterparties to resolve any issues.
Monitoring fund prices, market movements, corporate actions, and other relevant information.
Maintaining and updating fund data and documentation in the internal systems.
Providing support and guidance to clients on the use of Allfunds' dealing services and tools.
Collaborating with other teams within Allfunds to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
