Tareas
We are looking for a responsible and ambitious person with a positive attitude to fill the position as a Functional Software Analyst of a fast-growing international software and consultancy company with first class customers predominately in Spain, Europe and LATAM. Our mission-critical software products are installed at various credit institutions and in a highly competitive market our demanding clients require an even faster and accurate delivery.
Being part of the EMEA&LAC Delivery Team - managing first class customers in a broad spectrum of industries such as banking, telecoms, utilities and insurance - the role requires to design, configure, and test client-specific systems using our company proprietary tool DV360. Jointly with the assigned Project team, specifically:
Gather requirements from customers and propose designs.
Use our in-house platform to build and unit test systems in collaboration with the assigned Project team.
Create and execute test plans for finished systems ensuring projects adhere to the company's standard of excellence.
Create and maintain delivery documentation such as Functional specification documents.
Troubleshoot bugs and issues that may occur post-delivery.
Requisitos
Requirements:
Fluent English (written and spoken) is a must in order to be considered for the position. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus as well as documented experience abroad (outside Spanish speaking countries).
2+ years Software Delivery experience related to Credit Risk Management in a credit institution or a consultancy service company. Fresh grads are welcome to apply.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Others or equivalent.
Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to go above and beyond to meet deliverables.
Strong analytical as well as problem-solving capacity.
Strong attention to details.
Highly motivated and willingness to learn.
Good communications skills and customer orientated.
Required skills:
Programming languages (such as R, Python, LUA).
Ability to create and query databases such as SQL Server and MySQL.
Documented experience with Application Servers and Webservices.
Good knowledge of XML and JSON.
MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio.
Additional skills and experience ("nice to have"):
Experience related to Credit Risk Management (retail) like credit strategy definition and its implementation in a Decision Engine.
JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Ruby, MongoDB.
