Are you outgoing, enthusiastic, reliable, trustworthy and able to work well within a team environment?
Tasks
The successful candidate will have excellent administrative, organisational, IT, communication and social media skills, be fluent in English and Spanish, and able to provide all-round support to meet the needs of our busy real estate agency.
Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in the real estate industry
Proficiency in Gmail Suite and other relevant software
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Spanish
Experience in managing social media platforms and tools
Ability to work independently and think outside the box to resolve issues
Fluency in Spanish and English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is highly regarded.
