Assist in daily housekeeping operations, including room inspections and inventory management.Support the front desk with guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.Provide personalized guest services, responding to inquiries and requests promptly.Collaborate with the Guest Experience team to organize and coordinate special guest activities and events.Assist in monitoring and maintaining cleanliness standards throughout the property.Address guest complaints or issues, ensuring swift and efficient resolution.Help manage guest feedback and contribute to service improvement initiatives.Assist with the coordination of housekeeping schedules and staff shifts.Participate in training sessions and meetings to develop knowledge of hotel operations.Work closely with different departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.Qualifications What we are looking for: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.European nationality of possibility to get the student visa for Spain.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to different tasks.Team-oriented mindset with a positive and proactive attitude.Fluent in English and Spanish; other languages are a plus.Additional Information What's in it for you...
