The Role We are building a strong, distributed community of independent recruiters to work with Europe and US's most innovative companies. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will work in a global team of talented recruiters managing requisitions and delivering best-in-class candidates for a leading company. What you will do Deliver Talent Acquisition services to a large-scale company through flexible sourcing and headhunting. Deal with an existing portfolio of open vacancies. Enhance the talent acquisition delivery in several countries through effective sourcing strategies. Build and nurture your own talent pool and help build the underlying technology to streamline your work. What we look for At least 3+ years of recruitment experience (in-house or external), ideally in Tech or Business related roles. Advanced sourcing capabilities, especially in boolean search. International talent-hiring delivery and client-handling background. EMEA in-depth knowledge. LinkedIn Recruiter expertise. Native or Professional English level.
