Fraud Analyst, Accertify Strategic Risk Services Accertify is a wholly-owned subsidiary of American Express and a leading provider of digital identity, fraud prevention, and chargeback management solutions to merchant customers worldwide. Accertify's suite of products and services helps e-commerce companies grow their business by driving down the total cost of fraud, simplifying business processes, and ultimately increasing revenue. Our Fraud Analysts help facilitate Accertify's overall mission of delivering exceptional digital experiences by researching and decisioning on high-risk e-commerce transactions for Clients across all industries. If you're interested in working on a top-performing fraud team, then this is the job for you! Strategic Risk Services started as a team of 8 in 2009 and has quickly grown to a team of 150+. How will you make an impact in this role? Works well with a team of industry experts to monitor real-time fraud decisioning software. Independently resolves problems that require in-depth investigation and/or research. Constantly communicates fraud trends and shares best practices with peers and leaders. Performs manual review of queued transactions to determine likelihood of fraud. Develops Client specific expertise to further support a model-first vision. Maintains professional persistence when reviewing transactions or speaking with customers. Engage with clients through professional and courteous phone interactions, providing outstanding financial services and expert guidance. Thoroughly researches transaction risk utilizing both new and existing tools. Prioritizes work to meet and exceed deadlines. Reports platform issues as they arise and proactively identifies potential impacts to Clients. Uses fraud platform features to build upon initial familiarity with Client risk profiles. Minimum Qualifications Availability to work rotating shifts. Morning, afternoon, and evening shifts; including non-business hours, weekends, and holidays
